The bureau is located in The Mall on the Ground Floor of Allders Department Store. Entrances to The Mall can be found in both North End and George Street; the George Street entrance being adjacent to a Tramlink stop.

We are open seven days a week from 9.30am till 6pm on weekdays (till 8pm on Thursdays) and from 11am till 5pm on Sundays.

The bureau is located on the 3rd Floor of Elys Department Store and has easy access by both escalator and lift. Entrances to the store are on St. Georges Road, Wimbledon Hill Road and Worple Road and it is only some 100 metres from Wimbledon Station with its main line, London Underground and Tramlink Services.
